Performance Evaluation

We carry out performance evaluation once a year by comparing the planned yearly goals to the level of their accomplishment and then reflecting that on the performance-based compensation.

Compensation

We use an annual salary system for all our team members, beginning with the new employees to the executive team. The annual salary amount is decided based on the company’s yearly growth, inflation rate, individual personal evaluation results and potential. In addition, a bonus is awarded once a year on the basis of an individual’s outcome and the level of achievement of the company’s goals.
